PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To propose a new technique for improving an acoustic shadow.SOLUTION: An ultrasonic measurement device extracts a plurality of partial reception signals 42 associated with overlapping periods set by shifting time while partially overlapping with one another from reception signals 40 receiving a reflection wave being incident to an inspection object, next, performs scattered attenuation correction for individual ones of the plurality of partial reception signals 42 by using a scattered attenuation correction value α with respect to a frequency domain signal 44 subjected to Fourier transformation, and subjects a frequency correction signal 46 corrected to inverse Fourier transformation. Further, the ultrasonic measurement device obtains partial correction signals 48 corresponding to the individual partial reception signals 42 and being subjected to the inverse Fourier transformation, and, next, defines a signal obtained by combining the partial correction signals 48 as a reception correction signal 50 obtained by correcting the reception signals 40. The scattered attenuation correction value α can be evaluated from a cumulative value of signal strength of an ultrasonic wave being incident and signal strength of the time-based reception signals 40.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5【課題】音響陰影を改善する新たな手法の提案。【解決手段】超音波測定装置は、被検体に入射した反射波を受信した受信信号４０から、一部重複させながら時間をずらして設定した重複期間に係る複数の部分受信信号４２を抽出する。次いで、これらの複数の部分受信信号４２それぞれについて、フーリエ変換した周波数領域信号４４に対して、散乱減衰補正値αを用いた散乱減衰補正を行い、補正した周波数補正信号４６を、逆フーリエ変換する。そして、部分受信信号４２それぞれに対応する、逆フーリエ変換した部分補正信号４８を得る。次いで、部分補正信号４８を合成した信号を、受信信号４０を補正した受信補正信号５０とする。散乱減衰補正値αは、入射した超音波の信号強度と、時間別の受信信号４０の信号強度の累積値とから求められる。【選択図】図５
