A self-correcting method for labeling invisible fluorescent light with visible light is disclosed, which allows an operator to have a direct observation instead of screen and repetitive alignments and confirmations between a surgical site and a screen-displayed marking site and to real-time observe the movement of a fluorescent dye fluid. Besides, by real-time projecting a visible light on a fluorescent position, the operator is allowed to observe the position of fluorescent dye by observing the area where a visible light facula is projected, thus to solve difficulties in which the operator must rely on a screen to indirectly see the position of fluorescent image in present fluorescent imaging technologies. In this way, the disclosed self-correcting method can effectively attain the effect of real-time projection of invisible light and establish a method for self-correcting projection scale in conjunction with a zoom lens. When a patient moves or the position of the fluorescent region is changed, the image sensor can have a mechanism of automatically correcting the visible light marking area when autofocus changes the image-capturing area or size.
