PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compression puncture device which increases a possibility of collecting the blood volume necessary for the measurement by one puncture operation, and a component measurement device.SOLUTION: A compression puncture device according to this invention includes a compression member for compressing a surface of a living body, a puncture member for puncturing the surface of the living body for bleeding, and a control unit which can separately actuate the compression member and the puncture member.
