PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable an effective ultraviolet treatment on liquid fluid in an ultraviolet radiation device for irradiating the liquid fluid with ultraviolet ray, and enable miniaturization and simplification of the device.SOLUTION: In an ultraviolet radiation device including a container for accommodating a discharge lamp for emitting ultraviolet ray and liquid fluid to be irradiated with ultraviolet ray by the discharge lamp, the discharge lamp includes an outer tube, an inner tube, a discharge space formed between the outer tube and the inner tube, an inner electrode embedded in a tube wall of the outer tube, and an outer electrode which is disposed on the outer surface of the tube wall of the outer tube and at least partially faces the inner electrode with the discharge space interposed therebetween, and a part of the fluid is made to flow into the inside of the inner tube to be filled, and irradiated with ultraviolet ray.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1COPYRIGHT: (C)2017,JPO&INPIT【課題】液体の流体に紫外線を照射する紫外線照射装置において、液体の流体を効果的に紫外線処理するとともに、装置を小型化、簡略化することができる。【解決手段】紫外線を放射する放電ランプと、放電ランプにより紫外線が照射される液体の流体とを収容する容器を有する紫外線照射装置において、放電ランプは、外側管と、内側管と、外側管と内側管との間に形成された放電空間と、外側管の管壁内部に埋設された内側電極と、外側管の管壁の外表面上に配設され、少なくとも一部が放電空間を挟んで内側電極と対向する外側電極とを有する放電ランプであり、内側管の内側に流体の一部を流入させて満たされることで流体に紫外線を照射する。【選択図】図1
