Methods and compositions associated with CBL0137 for the treatment of various cancers, optionally in combination with various agents, are provided. For example, a method of treating cancer comprising administering an effective amount of CBL0137 to a subject undergoing treatment with a kinase inhibitor chemotherapeutic agent. A further example is a method of treating cancer comprising administering to a subject in need of treating cancer an effective amount of a kinase inhibitor chemotherapeutic agent followed by an effective amount of CBL0137.
