PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air supply and exhaust device for a highly safe facility, which ensures fail-safe operation when an air supply fan or an exhaust fan becomes out of order, without disposing a supplementary air supply fan or exhaust fan, and enables a reduction in cost for the amount without a supplementary fan.SOLUTION: The air supply and exhaust device includes: air supply holes 7a, 7b communicating with an air supply system 9 disposed at a front room 3 and a working room 2 exhaust holes 8a, 8b communicating with an exhaust system 11 disposed at the front room and the working room variable air volume type constant flow devices 13a-13d disposed at the air supply system and the exhaust system for each air supply hole and exhaust hole for adjusting the amount of air supplied or exhausted air supply fans 10a, 10b disposed at the air supplying system supplying the total amount of necessary air with two units exhaust fans 12a, 12b disposed at the exhausting system for exhausting the total amount of exhaustion with two units and a controller 14 for controlling each variable air volume type constant flow device to make the supplied air from the working room to the front room flow in one direction while driving and controlling each air supply fan and exhaust fan.COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT【課題】予備の給気ファンや排気ファンを設備しなくても、給気ファンや排気ファンが故障した場合のフェールセーフを確保することが可能であって、予備のファンを設置しない分コストダウンを達成することができる高度安全施設の給排気装置を提供する。【解決手段】前室3及び作業室2に設けられ給気系9と連通される給気口7a,7bと、前室及び作業室に設けられ排気系11と連通される排気口8a,8bと、給気口及び排気口個々に対し給気系及び排気系に設けられ、給気量や排気量を調節する可変風量型定風量装置13a~13dと、給気系に設けられ2台で必要給気総量を給気する給気ファン10a,10bと、排気系に設けられ2台で必要排気総量を排気する排気ファン12a,12bと、給気ファン及び排気ファンを個別に運転制御しつつ、給気が作業室から前室へ一方向に向かって流通するように可変風量型定風量装置を個別に制御する制御装置14を備えた。【選択図】図1
