PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a capsule manufacturing apparatus capable of efficiently producing capsules.SOLUTION: A capsule manufacturing apparatus includes: a liquid ejection part ejecting first liquid from a plurality of nozzles radially provided around a rotary shaft and a liquid film holding part holding second liquid in a film form. The first liquid is ejected from the plurality of nozzles in a direction including a component in a centrifugal direction of the rotary shaft to form liquid droplets by centrifugal force generated when the liquid ejection part is rotated along the rotary shaft.
