PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily confirm the mount condition of a toric intraocular lens of a postoperative examined eye.
SOLUTION: The ophthalmologic apparatus includes: a projection optical system for projecting measuring light to the cornea of the examined eye an illumination optical system for projecting illumination light for photographing an image inside a pupil an imaging optical system provided with an imaging element, for imaging a cornea reflection image by the measuring light and the image inside the pupil of the examined eye by the illumination optical system a storage means for storing the cornea reflection image and the image inside the pupil on the basis of image signals output from the imaging element a cornea astigmatic axis detection means for detecting a cornea astigmatic axis direction on the basis of the cornea reflection image stored in the storage means an image processing means for superimposing a cornea astigmatic axis index indicating the cornea astigmatic axis direction on the image inside the pupil stored in the storage means by using a detection result by the cornea astigmatic axis detection means and an output means for outputting the image inside the pupil, to which superimposing processing is performed by the image processing means. The mount condition of the toric intraocular lens in the postoperative examined eye is confirmed.
