The invention relates to a new dressing that provides long-lasting performance and is painless to remove. Said dressing consists of a substrate, preferably a nonwoven fabric, coated with a hot-melt acrylic mass able to be crosslinked by ultraviolet rays (UV), and preferably comprises an absorbent compress. The invention also relates to a method for producing such a dressing, and to the use of same particularly on sensitive skin.La présente invention a trait à un nouveau pansement présentant une bonne tenue dans le temps et indolore au retrait. Ce pansement est constitué d'un support, préférentiellement un non-tissé, enduit d'une masse hot-melt acrylique réticulable aux rayons ultraviolets (UV) et comprend préférentiellement une compresse absorbante. La présente invention a également trait au procédé de fabrication d'un tel pansement et son utilisation, en particulier, sur les peaux sensibles.
