Mosquito repellent fragrance lasts longer, Partially dyed according to a specific design, it has the effect of providing an economical and environmentally friendly product using a much smaller amount than the overall fixing method.본 고안은 모기퇴치에 효능이 있는 천연식물 추출물과 섬유용 바인더, 안료물감을 적정 비율로 배합하여 원단에 부분적으로 직접염색하여, 모기퇴치 효과를 지속하게 하는 경제적이고 인체에 해가 없는 이불 제품에 관한 것이다.본 고안은 모기퇴치 기능을 하는 제품을 생산함에 있어, 기반시설의 확충 없이 현재의 생산시설하에서 가능한 염색방법을 개발하고, 천연식물 추출물의 내세탁성을 확보하기 위한 독창적인 고착기술을 개발하고, 합성수지의 사용을 최소화하여 환경보호에 기여하는 방안을 개발하고자 하였다.본 고안은 생산시설을 확충하지 않고 현재의 생산방법을 응용하여 직접염색하는 붓염방식을 이용하여 염색하고,천연식물 추출물의 내세탁성을 확보하기 위하여 천연식물 추출물과 섬유용 바인더, 안료물감의 배합을 조정하여 염색, 건조하는 과정을 거쳐, 상기 3가지 혼합물을 젤리타입(Jellify)으로 고착시켜 여러 번의 세탁 후에도 모기퇴치 향이 오래도록 지속하도록 하였으며, 특정한 디자인에 따라 부분적으로 염색하므로, 전체적으로 고착하는 방법에 비해 훨씬 적은 양을 사용하여 경제적이고, 환경친화적인 제품을 제공하는 효과를 가진다.
