The present invention relates to a hydro-gel mask with a cured surface layer, and more particularly, to a hydro-gel mask having good moisturizing and nourishing effect through the supporting role of the mask and the blocking role of the surface of the mask by the cured layer formed on the surface of the mask. The hydro-gel mask according to the present invention is provided by coating a composition for a mask body including sodium alginate on a liphophilic film, and spraying a composition for curing including a bivalent ion producing material on the surface of the coated composition for a mask body to form a cured layer only at the surface of the composition of a mask body. The hydro-gel mask of the present invention is a mask for beauty care distributed after forming a face shape or a patch type and has a configuration in which the cured surface is provided as a support, and the other side not cured is provided for the attachment to a face for the beauty care. Thus, the hydro-gel mask is not necessary to be spread on a skin, has good adhesive properties to the face, possibly has a transparent appearance, and has cool feeling.
