PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disposable diaper which smoothly transfers excreted urine to an absorbent body and fits flexibly to the body when wearing it.SOLUTION: The disposable diaper comprises a top sheet, a back sheet, the absorbent body, and a hydrophilic and liquid permeable absorption/diffusion sheet disposed between the top sheet and the absorbent. The top sheet has ribs and grooves. The weight per unit area of the rib is larger than the weight per unit area of the groove. The absorption/diffusion sheet is arranged on a part of a region on the surface direction of the absorbent body.
