PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a label stand which can hold the label at a position higher than attachment part. SOLUTION: A label stand 20 for fixing a flexible label 30 formed with a locking hole 31, a pole 21, a hook 24 formed on the top part 22a of the pole 21, a hole 25 formed at the point opposite to the tip of the hook 24 of the pole 21, the distance between the tip of the hook 24 and the pole 21 is smaller than the thickness of the label 30, the locking hole 31 can be locked with the hook 24. Protrusions (26a, and 26b etc.), contacting the backside of the label 30 engaged to the hook 24, are formed on the pole 21.
