PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a geocarpic crop foliage treatment machine capable of being easily changed in its height from a low-height specification to a high- height specification by merely attaching a few pieces of additional parts to the machine.SOLUTION: This geocarpic crop foliage treatment machine has a driving shaft which is extended in the right and left directions from a traveling/driving unit case longitudinally located within the width of a machine body, and further has wheels which are coupled with the right and left ends of the driving shaft so as to be positioned on the right and left bottom areas of a ridge, respectively, wherein a portal frame of which the right and left ends are equipped with mounting plates is attached to a center frame located along the traveling/driving unit case, a transmission case on which a first shaft and a second shaft to be driven and coupled are arranged on its upper part and lower part, respectively, is attached to each of the mounting plates, the driving shaft is inserted into the transmission case so as to drive the first shaft, and wheels are coupled with the second shaft outwards extended from the transmission case.COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO【課題】 地下茎作物茎葉処理機において、わずかな部品を追加するだけで、低車高仕様のものを高車高仕様に変更できるようにする。【解決手段】 機体幅内に縦設した走行駆動ケースから駆動軸を左右に突出し、駆動軸の左右端に車輪を畝の両裾に位置させて取り付けた地下茎作物茎葉処理機において、走行駆動ケースに沿って設けられる中央フレームに左右端に取付板を配した門形フレームを取り付けるとともに、各々の取付板に、伝動連結される第一軸と第二軸とを上下に配した伝動ケースを取り付け、駆動軸を伝動ケースに突入して第一軸を駆動し、第二軸を伝動ケースの外側に突出して車輪を取り付けたことを特徴とする地下茎作物茎葉処理機。
