The autoinjector has a lower body (10) receiving a pre-filled syringe (A) having a piston and a needle. A piston stem (5) and an injection spring (8) are provided for injecting a fluid product when the needle is inserted into the body of a user. A syringe moving device moves the needle between an injection position and a retracted position. The device includes a control ring (2) having an inclined inner profile cooperating with an internal projection of a control sleeve (4) that is movable axially in a central body (1), so that rotation of the ring causes an axial displacement of the sleeve.Autoinjecteur recevant une seringue pré-remplie avec un corps central (1) et un manchon actionneur (11) pourvu d'une extrémité destinée à venir en contact avec l'utilisateur, ledit manchon (11) étant déplaçable entre des positions projetée et d'actionnement, ledit manchon actionneur (11) étant en position projetée avant et après actionnement de l'autoinjecteur, des moyens d'injection (5, 8) étant prévus pour injecter le produit lorsque l'aiguille est insérée dans le corps de l'utilisateur, l'autoinjecteur comprenant un dispositif de déplacement de réservoir (2, 4, 9) pour d'une part déplacer l'aiguille vers ladite position d'injection et pour d'autre part la rétracter hors du corps après injection, ledit dispositif de déplacement comportant une bague de commande (2) montée rotative dans ledit corps central (1), ladite bague (2) comportant un profil interne incliné (24) coopérant avec une projection interne (44) d'un manchon de commande (4) déplaçable axialement dans ledit corps central (1), de sorte qu'une rotation de la bague (2) provoque un déplacement axial dudit manchon (4).
