According to this invention, shikurodekisutorin and being joining union with dendorima (G3) of generation 3, furthermore the above-mentioned joining union which is decorated with the sugar is offered.本発明の目的は、血清の存在下においても高い効率で遺伝子導入を行うことができる遺伝子導入剤を提供することである。本発明によれば、シクロデキストリンとジェネレーション3のデンドリマー(G3)との結合体であって、さらに糖で修飾されている上記結合体が提供される。
