PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide methods for producing cosmetics, in which a pattern including fine characters and figures protruding from the surface of a filled cosmetic is clearly and easily formed, and to provide the cosmetics.SOLUTION: Provided is a method comprising a pattern formation step of discharging a decorative cosmetic in a droplet state onto the surface of a filled cosmetic, and forming a pattern protruding from the surface of the filled cosmetic.
