PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrode unit, a head set, and a paste agent application method that can easily stabilize an application amount of a paste agent applied to an electrode surface.SOLUTION: An electrode unit 1 includes: an electrode body 3 having an electrode surface 30 brought into contact with a human body through a paste agent 2 for measuring a biological signal of the human body； and a regulation member 5 for forming an application region A1 to which the paste agent 2 is applied by being located surrounding the electrode surface 30 when viewed in a second direction D2 opposite to a first direction D1 that the electrode surface 30 is oriented. The end surface 50 in the first direction D1 of the regulation member 5 is positioned higher than the electrode surface 30. The head set includes the electrode unit 1 and a frame mounted on the head of the human body, to which the electrode unit 1 is attached.
