The present invention comprises highly branched cyclic dextrin (HBCD) or derivatives thereof, a perfume included in at least one or more internal spaces of the HBCD, and a solvent, thereby being capable of eliminating undesired foreign materials such as molecules, for example, remarkably enhanced odor sources while producing a fragrance having a highly preferable scent. Also, the composition for removing undesired molecules according to the present invention further comprises a plant extract, thereby producing a synergistic effect on the removal of odors.
