PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seedling transplanter including a preliminary seedling frame coping with seedling supply for multi-row planting without impairing working space on a machine.SOLUTION: The seedling transplanter includes: a traveling vehicle body having a front wheel and a rear wheel for traveling in a field a planting part for planting a plurality of rows of seedlings by supply seedling at the rear of the traveling vehicle body and the preliminary seedling frame constructed so that a plurality of seedling placing members (5a, 5b) for storing supply seedling supported at the side of the traveling vehicle body to be deployed in series forward and backward by a deployment support mechanism (11) are stored and disposed vertically in multistages.
