PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow an operator to visually check conditions of chemical application to seedlings, and to further reduce the possibility of obstructing taking of spare seedlings with a chemical application apparatus.SOLUTION: A riding type rice transplanter includes a planting implement 3 for planting the seedlings at the rear of a machine body and a spare seedling feeder 7 for transporting the spare seedlings Y from the front to the rear of the machine body.
