PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a microneedle array cartridge which is improved storage, transportation, and loading of a microneedle array.SOLUTION: A microneedle array cartridge 20 includes a web of material 26 having a top face 30 and an opposite bottom face 32. An adhesive 34 and a microneedle array 28 are disposed on the bottom face of the web of material 26. A container 24 is disposed relative to the bottom face of the web of material 26, and has a perimeter portion 40 and a central portion 36 for covering at least part of the microneedle array 28. At least a part of the perimeter portion 40 of the container 24 contacts the adhesive 34, and the central portion 36 of the container 24 does not contact the adhesive 34.
