To easily pull out a long body from a spool stored inside a case, to easily impart tension to the long body pulled out according to necessity, to execute at low cost and to easily rewind the long body excessively pulled out back to the spool without resistance.
SOLUTION: The case stores the spool (2) including a cylindrical body part (3) and a pair of flange parts (4) extending to both ends of the body part with a winding part (5) for the long body (6) being provided around the body part (3) between both the flange parts (4 and 4). The spool (2) is stored in a storing part (7) so as to rotate in the peripheral direction of the body part (3). A pulling out port (11) for pulling out the long body (6) opens in the outer face of the storing part (7). A braking part (17) capable of elastically deflecting to the spool (2) side inside the storing part (7) is provided. The braking part (17) is switched between a releasing attitude (C) returning by its elastic force and allowing free rotation of the spool (2) and a braking attitude (B) controlling rotation of the spool (2) by deflecting resisting its elastic force.
