PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pre-filled syringe with an injection needle capable of preventing a cap from being mounted obliquely to a syringe body.SOLUTION: A cap 2 includes an elastic cylindrical body 11 for introducing an injection needle 4 to the inside and sealing a holding part 5, and an outer cylindrical body 12 for covering the periphery of the elastic cylindrical body 11 and holding the elastic cylindrical body so that it does not move. The outer cylindrical body 12 includes an opening 13 which is configured so as to be larger than the holding part 5 of a syringe body 1, and a guide part 19 that, when the injection needle 4 is introduced to the inside of the elastic cylindrical body 11, contacts a part of the syringe body 1 and guides the injection needle 4 in a predetermined direction.COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT
