PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a chemical-volatilizing device capable of stably volatilizing the chemical in good efficiency.SOLUTION: The chemical-volatilizing device 1 for volatilizing the chemical by heating a carrier 4 impregnated with the chemical is equipped with a storing body 12 detachably storing the carrier 4 and having a bottom, heaters 13 and 14 for heating the storing body 12, and a protector 21 at least covering an upper opening of the storing body 12.
