PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small sized warming device which can be easily carried, since a prior warming device is large and cannot be carried easily.SOLUTION: The invention relates to a localized part warming device which is brought into contact with a part of a human body for warming the contact part. The localized part warming device comprises: a support body which has heat insulation a planar heater mounted on the support body a bag body for sealing ball bodies which is mounted on the planar heater ball bodies sealed in the bag body and a jacket body in which the planar heater and ball bodies are integrally surrounded.
