A process for producing a granular composition comprising a plurality of solidified meltgranules including a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) and paracetamol,the process comprising the steps of: (a) forming a melt mixture by mixing a moltenNSAID free acid and paracetamol, optionally with one or more excipients； and(b) forming the melt mixture into solidified melt granules.
