PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inhalation device capable of ensuring an appropriate inhalation amount of medicine of appropriate particle sizes by reducing attachment quantity of delivered liquid droplets or powder to a wall surface in an air current passage, and restricting deterioration of size distribution due to collision of liquid droplets or powder to each other.SOLUTION: The inhalation device comprises a discharge means 6 having a plurality of delivering ports 8 for discharging liquid drops or powder into the air current passage 5 to be inhaled by a user through an inhalation part 7. The inhalation device has a buffer space part 1 communicated with outside air through a plurality of outside air introducing ports 2.
