The present invention relates to a finger grip of a syringe with an anti-slip structure. The finger grip comprises: a body (10) which has rod fitting holes (11) punctured to the center of the rear surface and having a syringe piston rod (1) inserted thereto, has a syringe flange (2) fitted to the center of the front surface, and includes a flange fitting unit (13) having an opening (12) on the upper part to allow the cylinder flange (2) to be inserted from the upper part thereto and a grip unit (14) with both sides gripped by individual fingers, wherein the flange fitting unit (13) and the grip unit (14) are integrally arranged； and an anti-slip unit (20) covering the body (10) on the surface of the body (10). The anti-slip unit (20) prevents the cylinder flange (2) from moving due to the reliable adhesion from the cylinder flange (2) being fit to the flange fitting unit (13), and prevents the fingers from slipping from the grip unit (14) by enabling the adhesion between the fingers and the grip unit (14) gripped by the fingers by covering the entire part of the body (10) having the rod fitting holes (11), flange fitting unit (13), and grip unit (14) in an integrated manner.본 발명은 후면 중앙에 주사기 피스톤로드(1)가 끼워지는 로드끼움구멍(11)이 통공되고 전면 중앙에 실린더플랜지(2)가 끼워지되 실린더플랜지(2)가 상부측으로부터 끼워지도록 상부에 개방부(12)를 갖는 플랜지끼움부(13)와 양측에 각각 손가락이 파지되는 그립부(14)가 일체로 구비된 몸체(10)를 포함하고, 상기 몸체(10)의 표면에는 이 몸체(10)를 덮어주는 슬립방지부(20)가 구비되며, 상기 슬립방지부(20)는, 상기 플랜지끼움부(13)에 끼워지는 실린더플랜지(2)와의 견고한 밀착에 의한 실린더플랜지(2)의 유동을 방지하고 손가락이 파지되는 그립부(14)와 손가락과의 밀착에 의해 그립부(14)로부터 손가락이 미끄러지는 슬립을 방지하도록, 상기 로드끼움구멍(11)과 플랜지끼움부(13) 및 그립부(14)가 일체로 이루어진 상기 몸체(10) 전체를 덮어주도록 구비되도록 이루어지는 슬립방지구조를 갖는 주사기용 핑거그립이 개시된다.
