PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a combine-harvester, which is enabled to recognize the grain culm quantity of a cutting device precisely by detecting the change in the transportation quantity of a grain culm precisely.SOLUTION: A clamping lever for clamping a cutting grain culm between itself and the endless body of a transportation mechanism is supported in a rockable manner between first and second support rods which are arranged in an axially movable manner on the upstream side and the downstream side of the grain culm transportation. A combine-harvester of the invention is equipped with a detection mechanism which is arranged at a spacing from a clamping mechanism including said clamping lever. Said detection mechanism has first and second detection sensors for detecting the movements of first and second connection members individually connected operationally to said first and second support rods. A control device of said combine-harvester recognizes the transfer load of a transfer load on the basis of the inclinations of said clamping lever in accordance with the differences of the detection values of said first and second detection sensors.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 9【課題】刈取穀稈の搬送量の変化を感度良く検出して、刈取装置の穀稈量を精度良く認識できるコンバインを提供する。【解決手段】搬送機構の無端体との間に刈取穀稈を狭持する挟扼杆が、穀稈搬送方向上流側及び下流側において軸線方向移動自在に配置された第１及び第２支持ロッドに揺動可能に支持されている。本発明のコンバインには前記挟扼杆を含む挟扼機構から離間配置された検出機構が備えられ、前記検出機構は前記第１及び第２支持ロッドにそれぞれ作動連結された第１及び第２連結部材の移動量を検出する第１及び第２検出センサを有している。前記コンバインの制御装置は、前記第１及び第２検出センサの検出値の差異に応じた前記挟扼杆の傾きに基づき、刈取装置の搬送負荷を認識する。【選択図】図９
