PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an X-ray detector which allows replacement work of an X-ray detector module to be easily performed, and the X-ray detector module and an X-ray CT apparatus.SOLUTION: An X-ray detector has a plurality of X-ray detector modules arranged side-by-side in a prescribed direction. Each X-ray detector module has a plurality of detection elements for detecting X-rays and a support member supporting the plurality of detection elements. Grooves extending linearly in a movement direction at the time of attachment/detachment of the X-ray detector modules are formed on both lateral faces of the holding member in the prescribed direction.
