PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plant-vitalizing agent and a therapeutic agent of a plant viral disease capable of functioning as a highly-active plant-vitalizing agent and functioning as an effective natural agricultural chemical also to a plant viral disease.SOLUTION: The plant-vitalizing agent containing fulvic acid and L-menthol contains 1-10 pts.wt. L-menthol to 100 pts.wt. fulvic acid. The therapeutic agent of the plant viral disease contains 1-10 pts.wt. L-menthol to 100 pts.wt. fulvic acid.
