PURPOSE: A sphygmomanometer is provided to prevent a body from being hurt due to an excessively cooled sphygmomanometer by maintaining a tourniquet and a cable over a preset temperature. CONSTITUTION: A sphygmomanometer(741) provides compressed air for measuring blood pressure and measures the blood pressure of a patient by sensing the change of the pressure due to the compressed air. A tourniquet is expanded by the compressed air from the sphygmomanometer and compresses the body of the patient. A sphygmomanometer cable(743) transmits the compressed air to the sphygmomanometer. The tourniquet and the sphygmomanometer cable include a hot wire.
