Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft eine Elektrodenanordnung sowie eine Messvorrichtung zur Messung des Aktionsstroms und/oder des Aktionspotenzials eines elektrisch aktiven Gewebes. Es ist Aufgabe der vorliegenden Erfindung, eine einfache und preiswert herstellbare Elektrode zur Messung von Aktionsströmen und/oder Aktionspotenzialen in elektrisch aktiven Geweben (vorzugsweise dem Stapediusmuskelgewebe) anzugeben, die einerseits eine sichere, jedoch reversible Fixierung der Elektrode im Muskelgewebe gewährleistet und andererseits das Muskelgewebe möglichst wenig traumatisiert. Die erfindungsgemäße Elektrodenanordnung weist eine erste Elektrode (2) und ein Fixierungselement (3) auf, wobei die erste Elektrode (2) mit einer ersten, länglichen elektrischen Leitung (4) verbunden ist, und wobei die erste Elektrode (2) aus einem langgestreckten Grundkörper (6) mit einem ersten Ende (7) und einem zweiten Ende (8) besteht, wobei die erste elektrische Leitung (4) mit dem Grundkörper (6) im Bereich dessen zweiten Endes (8) verbunden ist, und wobei Mittel zur reversiblen Fixierung des Fixierungselements (3) an der ersten Elektrode (2) vorgesehen sind.The invention relates to an electrode arrangement and a measuring device for measuring the action flow and/or the action potential of an electrically active tissue.
