The invention relates to an exerciser for regaining flexibility, which exerciser is an electro-mechanical device comprising a bed having grooves in which the user lies or sits, and a mechanism based on high-speed eccentric rotary movements of the stops thereof, said stops being tubes, with a rounded and flat-surfaced head, that protrude through the grooves of the bed and transmit the movement to the desired muscles, stretching same and ultimately improving the flexibility thereof. The mechanism is mobilised by an electric motor which, using a band, rotates a number of toothed pulleys, which cause a number of eccentric shafts to rotate, which in turn transmit the movement to bars on which a series of pins are aligned, said pins being covered by the stops, which are interchangeable and of different sizes and shapes, but all of which have a rounded and flat cover for adapting to the different muscles and physical dimensions of the user.
