PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem wherein cost increases because, for example, bed frames of different widths are conventionally prepared for bottoms of different bed widths so that an attachment such as a side rail can be attached in a prescribed position in the bed frames with the bottoms of different bed widths.SOLUTION: In the attachment supporting position variable mechanism, a groove-shaped support member is set in the bed frame to support the bottom, and a supporting bar-shaped body projecting in an attachment supporting member is slidably fitted into a groove of the groove-shaped supporting member. The attachment supporting position variable mechanism has a pressure supporting mechanism for pressing the supporting bar-shaped body. and the rotation operating member for the mechanism on an opening side of the groove-shaped supporting member to solve the problem.
