PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multifunctional stick which is desired because some people not only use it as an aid for helping walking but also want to have a rest or carry baggage with it occasionally, though the stick is the necessity for the elderly who has difficulty with walking.SOLUTION: The invention has the upper end of a rod-like body serving as a grip part and armpit support, a seating face of a stool attached to the middle of the rod-like body which is adjustable in length, can be used as a stick and a crutch while walking as it is and can be used as a stool by laying the stick on its side and raising three pieces of supporting legs attached to the stool seating face when the user is tired. If the supporting legs are attached with casters, it works as a dolly which carries baggage as a carrier.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1COPYRIGHT: (C)2017,JPO&INPIT【課題】歩くのに支障がある高齢者などにとって杖は必需品であるが、歩くのを助ける補助具としてだけでなく、たまには休憩したり荷物運びにも使いたいという希望もあり、多機能を持った杖が望まれている。【解決手段】棒状体上端を握り部兼脇支え部とし、長さが調節できる棒状体の中間に腰掛け座面を設け、歩くときはそのまま杖としても松葉杖としても使用でき、疲れたときには杖を横に倒し、腰掛け座面に取り付けた3本の支持脚を起こして腰掛けとしても利用できるものを考えた。支持脚にキャスターを付ければ、キャリヤーとして荷物を運ぶ運搬車としての役割も果たしてくれる。【選択図】図1
