PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To impart smoothness and settlement to hair, to maintain the effect until immediately before next days shampoo, impart no sticky feeling to the hair after conditioning, impart cooling feeling, and to provide a comfortable feeling.SOLUTION: This hair cosmetic composition includes a component A, component B, and component C. The component A is polyamine of a weight-average molecular weight Mw of 1,000-50,000. The component B is a fatty acid selected from terminal branched fatty acid (B-1) represented by formula (1) and mixed fatty acid (B-2) of 14-22C straight-chain fatty acid and isostearic acid (mixing ratio (mass) is 0.25-4.0). In the formula, R1 shows a methyl group or ethyl group, and n shows an integer of 9-17.
