PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable an instruction easy to be intuitively grasped to be given remotely.SOLUTION: A remote instruction support system 10 includes an on-vehicle device 12 mounted on an ambulance 11, and a remote instruction device 14 installed in a hospital 13. The on-vehicle device 12 and the remote instruction device 14 are communicatively connected through a communication network 16. The on-vehicle device 12 includes a photographing part 22 for photographing a patient P, and a light point device 24 for pointing light by irradiation. The on-vehicle device 12 transmits a photographed image 41 photographed by the photographing part 22 to the remote instruction device 14. The photographed image 41 is displayed in a display 37, and an operation part 39 receives the position specification for a region to be examined of the patient P in the photographed image 41. The remote instruction device 14 transmits an instruction based on the position specification to the on-vehicle device 12. The light point device 24 displaces the light irradiation position based on the instruction concerning the region to be examined that is received from the remote instruction device 14.【課題】直感的に把握しやすい指示を遠隔から行うことを可能にする。【解決手段】遠隔指示支援システム１０は、救急車１１に搭載される車載装置１２と、病院１３に設置される遠隔指示装置１４とを備える。車載装置１２と遠隔指示装置１４は、通信ネットワーク１６を介して通信可能に接続される。車載装置１２は、患者Ｐを撮影する撮影部２２と、光を照射によりポイントする光ポイント装置２４とを備える。車載装置１２は、撮影部２２が撮影した撮影画像４１を遠隔指示装置１４に送信する。撮影画像４１がディスプレイ３７に表示され、操作部３９は撮影画像４１内において患者Ｐの検査部位の位置指定を受け付ける。遠隔指示装置１４は、この位置指定に基づく指示を車載装置１２に送信する。光ポイント装置２４は、遠隔指示装置１４から受信した検査部位に関する指示に基づいて、光の照射位置を変位する。【選択図】図１
