[PROBLEMS] To improve stability and water solubility of polyphenols having poor stability and water solubility contained in each dosage form of a food composition containing a polyphenol-containing extract, and to improve the stability and water solubility of the polyphenols by storage or processing. Provided is a food composition containing a polyphenol-containing extract that can suppress runoff and can produce a clean aqueous solution. A food composition containing a polyphenol-containing extract according to one aspect of the present invention is characterized by containing a polysaccharide such as a water-soluble dietary fiber.
