PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composition containing cellulose nanofiber and starch, wherein, when the composition is formed into a film, it shows excellent strength and film formability, and it also has water solubility.SOLUTION: A composition has cellulose nanofiber and starch, and has a moisture content of 30 mass% or less.
