CONSTITUTION: A rice cake steamer including a steam forcible discharge device comprises the following: a cake steaming box(20) including a rice cake steaming chamber, and steam inlet and outlet； a rice cake steamer door(24) for opening and closing the rice cake steaming chamber by being hinge-connected to an opening of the chamber； a steam forced discharge blower(40) forcibly discharging steam inside the rice cake steaming chamber to the outside； a steam force suction pipe(30) connected to the steam forced discharge blower； and a steam forced discharge control valve(50) controlling the discharge amount of the steam.본 발명은 떡을 찐 후 바로 떡찜기 챔버내에 남아 있는 고온의 수증기를 외부로 강제 배출시켜서 떡찜기 도어를 열더라도 화상을 방지하고, 실내로 수증기의 확산을 방지하며, 떡찜기 챔버내의 응결 현상을 막고 떡을 급속하게 낮은 온도로 유도하여 양질의 떡을 제조할 수 있도록 한 수증기 강제 배출장치를 갖는 떡찜기를 제공하기 위한 것으로, 본 발명의 적절한 실시 형태에 따르면, 일측으로 개구부를 갖고 내부에 수증기를 수용하기 위한 떡찜기 챔버와 떡찜기 챔버의 일측벽에 연통된 수증기 주입구 및 수증기 배출구가 각기 형성되어 있는 떡찜기 함체와； 상기 떡찜기 챔버를 개폐하기 위해 상기 개구부측에 힌지 개폐 가능하게 설치된 떡찜기 도어； 및 상기 떡찜기 함체에 탑재되어 상기 떡찜기 챔버내의 수증기를 떡찜기 함체의 외부로 강제 배출시키는 수증기 강제배출용 블로워를 포함한 것을 특징으로 한다.
