PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide photo cleaning having improved efficiency, with a photocatalyst layer formed on the peripheral surface at a light emitting end of optical fiber being reliably excited.SOLUTION: A probe (1) for photo cleaning performs photo cleaning with a photocatalyst excited by irradiation of ultraviolet light which is introduced from the incident end of an optical fiber (2) and emitted from the light emitting end (3).
