PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve effective material saving, to improve economical efficiency on the part of a user, to contribute to alleviation of maintenance, and to always secure stable and accurate measurement of milk without causing instability in measuring operation and lowering of measuring accuracy.SOLUTION: There are set in advance a non-detection discrimination resistance value Re for discriminating a resistance value at the non-detection time of milk M which is detected by a milk detecting part D capable of detecting a resistance value of milk M stored in a measuring container part 2 and an abnormality discrimination time Tc for discriminating abnormality of time elapsed until a detected resistance value Rd obtained from the milk detecting part D reaches the non-detection discrimination resistance value Re after a valve mechanism part 4 is switched to the discharge side for discharging the stored milk M. In milking, a detection time Tp elapsed until the detected resistance value Rd reaches the non-detection discrimination resistance value Re after the valve mechanism part 4 is switched to the discharge side is obtained, and when the concerned detection time Tp exceeds the abnormality discrimination time Tc, a predetermined alarm processing is conducted.COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT【課題】 有効な資材節減を図るとともに、ユーザサイドにおける経済性を高め、さらにメンテナンスの軽減化にも寄与する。また、計量動作の不安定化や計量精度の低下を招くことなく、常に乳に対する安定かつ正確な計量を確保する。【解決手段】 予め、計量容器部2に貯留される乳Mの抵抗値を検出可能な乳検出部Dにより検出される乳Mの非検出時の抵抗値を判別する非検出判別抵抗値Reと、貯留した乳Mを排出する排出側へバルブ機構部4を切換えた後、乳検出部Dから得る検出抵抗値Rdが非検出判別抵抗値Reに達するまでの時間が異常であることを判別する異常判別時間Tcとを設定し、搾乳時に、バルブ機構部4を排出側へ切換えた後、検出抵抗値Rdが非検出判別抵抗値Reに達するまでの検出時間Tpを得、当該検出時間Tpが異常判別時間Tcを越えたときは、所定のアラーム処理を行うようにした。【選択図】 図1
