PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve effective material saving, to improve economical efficiency on the part of a user, to contribute to alleviation of maintenance, and to always secure stable and accurate measurement of milk without causing instability in measuring operation and lowering of measuring accuracy.SOLUTION: There are set in advance a non-detection discrimination resistance value Re for discriminating a resistance value at the non-detection time of milk M which is detected by a milk detecting part D capable of detecting a resistance value of milk M stored in a measuring container part 2 and a limit discrimination time Te for discriminating that the elapsed time, when a resistance value detected by the milk detecting part D (a detected resistance value Rd) does not reach the non-detection discrimination resistance value Re, is abnormal after a valve mechanism part 4 is switched to the discharge side for discharging the stored milk M.
