PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To support operation management so as to secure a state of safe driving by adopting a machine learning method when analyzing drowsiness, appropriately predicting timing when a driver falls asleep, on the basis of information of a travel route and the like and issuing a prescribed warning.SOLUTION: An operation management support system according to the present invention includes: a storage section (a master DB) 214 for storing a prescribed master table a pre-analysis section 211c for performing pre-analysis of measurement data a primary analysis section 211d for performing primary analysis of the measurement data by referring to the master table and a secondary analysis section 211e for performing secondary analysis of the measurement data by referring to the master table.
