A patch physiological monitoring device is provided, which includes: a patch layer having an adhesive side and a back side at least two conductive films located on the adhesive side of the patch layer, and the conductive films are not contact with each other and a main circuit system located on the back side of the patch layer, wherein the main circuit system is electrical connected with the conductive films.
