Equipment for detecting cardiac signals, comprising: sensor means (10) for detecting at least one cardiac signal (100) of a patient a storage unit (20) connected to said sensor means (10) to at least partially store said cardiac signal (100) an auxiliary memory (30) containing one or more main reference parameters (31) for said cardiac signal (100) a comparator block (40) to compare said cardiac signal (100) with said one or more main reference parameters (31) and actuate said storage unit (20) as a function of said comparison by means of a respective main command signal (110) a drive block (70) that can be actuated by the patient to actuate said storage unit (20) by means of an auxiliary command signal (120) a microphone (71), which can be actuated by means of said drive block (70) to allow said patient to vocally input first information (71a) relating to symptoms perceived upon the actuation of said drive block (70).
