A mobile hygienising apparatus (1) suitable for hygienising a thermal conditioning station (2) provided with an internal space (20) comprises a box body (3) that defines a chamber (5) in which hygienising means (6) is housed that is arranged for performing a hygienising cycle in said internal space (20) of said thermal conditioning station (2), said hygienising apparatus (1) is further provided with coupling means (13) and with sealing means (21) suitable for permitting a seal connection with said thermal conditioning station (2), in such a manner that said chamber (5) is sealingly connected to said internal space (20).
