PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To mount built-in components inside a bend section at high density, and to prevent the built-in components from easily buckling inside the bend section.

SOLUTION: A forceps channel 16 is disposed at the center inside the bend section 20. First to fourth spaces 74-77 stipulated by a connection pin 46 are provided on the outer periphery of the forceps channel 16, and the built-in components such as a light guide 63, a signal line 30 and an air/water supply channel 62 are inserted to the spaces respectively. The cross section of the respective built-in components is turned to an elliptic shape while being matched with the shape of the respective spaces so as to reduce the gap of the respective spaces. Since there is no space for the respective built-in components to bend until buckling in the respective spaces 74-77, buckling of the respective built-in components inside the bend section 20 hardly occurs.
